Encryption for the Masses: CryptoCat

Posted: July 28, 2012 in Blog, General

Read a article on Wired magazine about this young “hacker” who invented the first web-based chat client that allows end to end encrypted communications called CYPTOCAT.

What does that mean?

Well you dont have to download anything, no updates no programs nothing and you can have a “Chat” style communication with anyone that is encrypted and kept from “prying eyes”

You go to the site and its VERY SIMPLE and FREE!

ON the page is a simple bod that says “NAME YOUR CHAT”

You name it “Great Northern Prepper Chat”

Click enter and it opens it up, then all you have to do is send the link to whoever you want to talk to and thats it!

You can fit up to ten people on it and share pictures and files just like “acebook” (as it calls it in the how to vid!)

Pretty simple and easy and you dont have to worry about your company or govt snooping on what you say!
